July 4th Posted COT Talladega setup, this is a good one, try it out
July 4th TeamDraft Sim Race Team celebrates our 10 year Anniversary this summer, online since 1999. Always racing for a potential win on any given track. In 2009 we currently host a strong group of drivers, Les Turner, Jeff Thomas, Mark Plank, Terry McCuin and David Holzwarth. We also would like to honor past members John Woolsey and Butch Schoenbaum, 2 awesome drivers that took us to several past Championships over the years in League Racing at former GFRL. If your not a member of an online racing team, we highly recommend it. Its a great addition to the sim racing sport, and everyone involved benefits from it both on the track and in building friendships. Teamdraft is proud to have supported online racing over the years, and doing our best to support the online racing community in any way that we can. The site has changed so many times over the years and this year we busted over the million hit mark. We wish everyone the best of luck both on and off the track. Teamdraft.

July 4th Happy 4th of July Independence day week, hope everyone has a safe, fun weekend. Keep in mind the reason for the holiday
June 27th setup updates will be limited for the next several days, due to my race computer trashing out its power supply, will post what the others of the team update me with though. Expect to be back up and running by mid to end of this up and coming week. JT

May 31st Mark Plank pulls out a top 5 in his SK Modified at Martinsville rounding out the event in 4th place.
May 31st Well the month of May is almost behind us and Teamdraft has had its up's and down's on the track, some wins which are always a great thing, some mid pack finish's, and some back marker finish's but overall its not been a bad month for us. We closed out the 1st season of 2009 with 4 championships in racing and time trial competition, and are looking to better that this current season that runs up to start of Fall of 2009. Other exciting news during May was bringing in 2 great sim racers that are well respected and fun to race with in the sim racing community, as Mark Plank and Terry McCuin both joined the team in just the past couple of weeks. Bringin in some great oval track garage knowledge that should help benefit us as a team, and the community as we post their garage work here at teamdraft.com. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the track through the month of June, wishing everyone the best of luck both on and off the track from all of us at TeamDraft Racing.

May 30th JT posts a win in the spec racer at richmond, Les Turner 2nd. JT also posted a 2nd place finish in the legends advanced ride at richmond
May 30th posted iracing setup for the GN Nationwide impala B stock car Daytona. This setup is very stable does not wash from side to side.. handles great in the draft. enjoy!

May 29th posted iracing setups for Spec Racer Richmond and Advance legends Richmond. the spec racer never lift all the way off the throttle always stay at least half in the throttle into the corners or you will spin if you life.. nice fast setup I won with it tonight, and Les took 2nd with it. the advance legend setup just drive it like ya stole it..

April 26th Les Turner puts on a dominant performance friday night at Laguna in the Radical car at MMA week 13 series, taking the checker flag several seconds ahead of the field, team mate Jeff Thomas followed up in 3rd place overall... great race results for Teamdraft in the MMA series driving the radical.

gas use is about 2 gallons per 8 laps.

fuel note 3.1 gallons = 9 laps so factor from that equation to get your race fuel loaded. On a side note still having some fantastic Daytona Prototype racing on Tuesday nights. Pretty much same drivers every week, clean racing. competitve event. Fields of 27 or larger recently, make your DP race event for every Tuesday night.. join us on the track for some exciting and competitive road racing.

might note for fuel get about 10 laps for every 4.1 gallons of fuel.. good luck in your drafting adventures :) Also iRacing™ is featuring this track and the trucks this fri and saturday in the fun run series.. no damage or postive to your license.. I raced till midnight had a blast.. smooth is an understatement of this track . it s awesome

April 11th Posted COT Watkins Glen Cup setup there are now 2 versions of watkins glen cup car setups avail, the latest edition is dated and is a more stable setup and better tire wear.. the older version is still a bit faster but you must manage your tires or will burn off the left front. you can over drive the older version and cause considerable tire damage. if your good at patience still recommend the older setup version posted.. the new version is pretty darn good too though and does not require so much tire management on the drivers part.

Jeff Thomas places 2nd for TeamDraft in his first event at Watkins Glen following Team Driver Les Turner who took it to the checkered flag taking the win, in his first outing at The Glen Feb 6th.
